Q. Are your bed rails Made in the USA?
A. Yes, our rails are made at our factory in Freeburg, PA.

Q. Are your bed rails made from 100% Solid Hardwoods?
A. Yes, you may select from Poplar / Oak / Maple or Cherry rails.  They are all Solid 1" thick Pennsylvania Hardwoods. No cheap plywood or laminates are ever used in our rails or slats.

Q. Does your hook system fit 100% of all beds?
A. No. Our hook system is an industry standard and it fits most, but not 100% of all beds. We can easily provide drawings of our hook system so that you can compare for compatibility with your bed.

Q. Can I order just ONE rail?
A. Yes, you can order just ONE rail BUT it is very important that the rail we produce is an IDENTICAL match to your existing rail or you risk you box spring / mattress not laying flat.   The price for ONE rail is 70% the price for a SET of rails.  We recommend that our customers order a set of rails.

Q. What form of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa / Mastercard / Discover / American Express and PayPal.

Q. How do you ship?
A. Normally we use UPS, however; local customers may make arrangements to pick-up at our factory.

Q. Can I purchase just the steel hooks & pins?
A. Yes, we sell these on EBAY.  Go to EBAY and do a search for "Draw-tite" Bed Rail Hooks.

Q. Can I purchase rails for a California King Size Bed?
A. Yes, we do offer rails at a length of 84" for use on California King Size beds.  The is an upcharge of $10.00 per set of rails for this length.
